QCA Divisions

The Curriculum Division develops and delivers world-class curricula that engage learners, inspire them and prepare them for the future. Nationwide consistency of quality is our aim, and to achieve this we take a strategic and innovative approach to our work.

The Qualifications and Skills Division ensures that learners of all ages get the skills and qualifications that not only reflect their hard work, but also count both now and in the future. We do this by developing innovative strategies, setting standards, monitoring awarding bodies and seeing that the needs of both learners and employers are met.

Responsible for reforming the examination process, the National Assessment Agency is at the forefront of a major modernisation programme. Our work is mainly project based, and addresses such areas as exams management, the adoption of e-based systems and the improvement of logistics.

The Strategic Resource Management Division delivers the key services we need to operate efficiently and effectively. These services range from HR, IT and Business Management to Procurement, Commerce and Finance, and all are crucial to our success.

The Communications and Marketing Division shapes the way in which we communicate with stakeholders, the public, the media and our own staff. Our work is both creative and diverse and covers a range of channels such as print, press, online and events.

As we operate within a unique legal environment, our Legal and Corporate Affairs Division faces new challenges every day. Corporate governance, project support and diversity and inclusion all fall within our broad remit.
